Two fitness changes to make in 2017

I have never done a reblog of another blogger, but I love this post by Sarah from Feisty Eats.
I have had the pleasure of meeting Sarah in person and right off the bat, I knew I liked her. I really truly don’t know how we connected, but I am sure glad we did.
She loves to run. She’s into exercising. She’s a great cook, as you will tell once you peruse her blog. And, the best part…she LOVES beer, too. Okay, maybe that’s not the best part, but it’s pretty cool.
